Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what the product needs:

• Account: email, name, avatar, login provider, sessions.
• Images: what you upload and what you make. Private to you.
• Usage: photo orders, credit usage, basic diagnostics, and referral source identifiers when present.
• Payments: Stripe customer and invoice identifiers, purchased credits. We never see full card numbers.
• Technical: IP address, browser, locale, cookies and server logs for security.

How we use it

To run the service, bill you, return credits for eligible terminal homepage failures as described in our Terms, keep accounts safe, and understand service usage. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your images to promote Fenella.

Processing

Uploaded images are sent to our image-processing partners to produce your results. Storage, authentication, email and payments run on infrastructure providers.

Retention and deletion

We store uploads and results with your account for delivery and order history, along with account, order, credit and payment records needed to operate the service and maintain accounting records. You can contact contact@aeridor.com to request deletion of your data. Records required for accounting or legal obligations may need to be retained.
