Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what the product needs:

• Account: email, name, avatar, login provider, sessions.
• Images: what you upload and what you make. Private to you.
• Usage: which looks you make, credit usage, basic diagnostics, and which post brought you here.
• Payments: Stripe customer and invoice identifiers, purchased credits. We never see full card numbers.
• Technical: IP address, browser, locale, cookies and server logs for security.

How we use it

To run the service, bill you, return credits when a run fails, keep accounts safe, and understand which looks people want. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your images to promote Fenella.

Processing

Uploaded images are sent to our image-processing partners solely to produce your result and are not retained by them beyond processing. Storage, authentication, email and payments run on established infrastructure providers.

Retention and deletion

Your uploads and results stay in your Studio until you delete them. Deleting removes the files from storage. Account deletion removes your data except records we must keep for accounting.
