Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Fenella, a look journal operated by Aeridor LLC. By using Fenella you agree to them and to the policies linked from the product.

Service

Fenella lets you upload an image and make one of the looks in our catalog. Making a look consumes credits. Results, availability and latency can vary.

Your images

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the results you make. You grant Aeridor LLC the rights needed to store, process and show them back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to use every image you upload. Do not upload images of minors, images of people who have not agreed, or explicit content. We check uploads automatically and decline what we cannot process.

Your uploads and results are private to your account. We never publish them and never use them for marketing.

Results

Results are generated and may be imperfect. Review a result before using it publicly or commercially, including rights, likenesses, trademarks and local law.

Credits and payments

Credit packs and the Pro subscription are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed when a run starts; if a run fails, the credits are returned automatically. Successful runs are not refunded. Pack credits do not expire. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Prohibited use

You may not use Fenella to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Upload or produce illegal, abusive, deceptive or harmful content.
• Access other accounts, storage or internal systems.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
• Bypass credits, payment, limits or safety checks.

Availability, termination, liability

Fenella is provided as is and as available. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. To the extent permitted by law, Aeridor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
