Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Fenella, a photo tool operated by Aeridor LLC. By using Fenella you agree to them and to the policies linked from the product.

Service

Fenella provides a single photo tool on the homepage: upload one photo, receive three results, and choose one to download. Each order costs 3 credits (1 per result). Results, availability and processing time can vary.

Your images

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the results you make. You grant Aeridor LLC the rights needed to store, process and show them back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to use every image you upload. Do not upload images of minors, images of people who have not agreed, or explicit content. Content we cannot process may be declined.

Your uploads and results are private to your account. We never publish them and never use them for marketing.

Results

Results are generated and may be imperfect. Review a result before using it publicly or commercially, including rights, likenesses, trademarks and local law.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 3 credits that expire after 30 days. When credit sales are available, a $19 pack adds 45 credits, billed through Stripe. Confirming a homepage order authorizes a 3-credit charge. Once all generation outcomes are known, a homepage order that ends in terminal failure with fewer than three delivered results returns its frozen 3-credit charge once. Uncertain orders remain under review. Successful deliveries are not refunded. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Prohibited use

You may not use Fenella to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Upload or produce illegal, abusive, deceptive or harmful content.
• Access other accounts, storage or internal systems.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
• Bypass credits, payment, limits or safety checks.

Availability, termination, liability

Fenella is provided as is and as available. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. To the extent permitted by law, Aeridor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
